Dinner at Bellini and the Little Shop of Crafts

Last Saturday we went with some friends to Bellini, a really great BYOB/W Italian restaurant on Columbus and 83rd. It's a small, narrow, dimly lit restaurant with great pizza and lobster ravioli. The best part is that you can bring your own beer and wine (there is a $5 corking fee). After dinner we headed to The Little Shop of Crafts where you can paint your own pottery, and while you paint they provide free wine! When we got there, however, there was a special event going on and they didn't have space for us...boooo!

Our solution was to drukenly stumble to Michael's, buy tons of craft supplies and head back to one of our friend's apartments to do crafts on her living room floor while watching Rent. While you may be wondering if I am actually 8 years old (instead of 28), I swear that drinking lots of wine and doing crafts is extremely fun and really relaxing. Here are the finished products of Saturday's craft hour as well as my previous trip to the Little Shop of Crafts.
