Wide-Brimmed Hat - Essential Winter Accessory

A few days ago Bill Cunningham, the fashion photographer for the New York Times, did this video on one of the major fashion accessories this winter: the wide-brimmed hat. This is a trend that I completely support. Sometime those slouchy knit caps that most people (myself included) wear in the winter can look plain and boring. I love the idea of a more structured but still casual wide-brimmed hat. Below are some that would go quite well with my staple winter wardrobe: an over-sized top, black jeans, dark camel military boots and a few long necklaces.
